Hi, my name is Cienna. My fitness journey may not have been easy, but the reward has made it all worth it! That exact combination of challenge and reward is what keeps me going. Embracing a healthy lifestyle sparked my passion to inspire others through personal training. The goal: to lose anxiety at the gym, eat right, feel good and energized. I aspire to be the confidant, motivator and teammate until all desired fitness and wellness goals are achieved.

I've been training once a week in 45 minute sessions for the past year with Cienna, and I can't wait for more!
If you're looking for the most encouraging, attentive, flexible, and generous trainer, you've found her. Cienna is always responsive over text, and always happy to tailor sessions to specific goals/muscle groups. She's encouraging when she has to be, never fails to celebrate successes, but makes sure you get in a great workout. My goal was to stay active during our bitterly cold winters, but I'm generally not interested in enormous gyms where you're waiting for equipment or bro-fest training. Cienna manages to offer elite training in a friendly, informal setting.
Would recommend to anyone looking to stay active and get in better shape!
