I am a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a master’s degree in exercise physiology. Through more than five years of training and education, I have gained a breadth of knowledge of fundamental training principles and their application to meet specific client goals. As a gymnastics coach, I have become well versed in the movement of the body. I am excited about this new opportunity and look forward to helping my clients reach their goals.

Each session lasts about one hour. A typical training session will begin with a warm-up to get the body ready for the session. Each session will have a common theme or goal (strength, endurance, mobility, muscle groups, etc.). A combination of exercises will be used with many different types of resistance (band, bodyweight, free weights, machines).
