He has educated himself in over 7 nationally recognized fitness certifications, and specializes in injury rehabilitation. As in ones life, a Fitness Coach can never stop trying to improve his or her ability to improve the health and fitness of their clients. New clients will start out in an initiation phase designed to find your base fitness level through a base set of exercises. You will learn all aspects of proper form and Technique for the base set of exercises as well as focus on core stabilization muscle development, symmetrical strength/conditioning, and flexibility development. As you progress and develop we will add new exercises to your repertoire. Every 90 days we will assess where you are with your current goals, what new goals you want to focus on or switch to. I will teach you everything I know about the science and mechanics of fitness training and you are my advertising billboard. My goal is to be the last trainer you ever need for anything other than pure self motivation.
