Hi, my name is Christopher. I am from Ohio and graduated from Ohio State in 2006 with a B.A. in communications. I didn't grow up aspiring to become a personal trainer it kind of just happened. I've always loved sports, working out and being active indoors and outdoors. After living in Los Angeles and Las Vegas and being in the hospitality business, the wear and tear of nightlife suddenly hit me.
After multiple clients and friends suggested that I go into personal training, I received my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification in 2012 with multiple continuing education units in group fitness, weight loss management, corrective exercise specialization and women's fitness specialization. I moved to Miami in February to be a little closer to home and to continue to be in great weather. I love what I do and see myself doing nothing else because I don't consider my occupation work, I consider it helping other human being to become better versions of themselves!

Very good trainer, always does his best to work with your schedule, pushes me to work harder without over doing it. He’s very interpersonal and makes the training fun. Great motivator and keeps in touch even while not at the gym to make sure you hit your fitness goals. I personally had some knowledge of working out and getting fit but he still taught me more about ways to improve my fitness routine and reach my goals faster. In the 6 months I worked out with Chris, he helped me to get back to where I wanted to be before my shoulder injury. Chris was my trainer for many years right up until his recent move to Florida. I have nothing but great things to say about Chris both as a person and as a trainer. I can honestly say I looked forward to going to the gym when I was training with Chris. My main focus during training was to improve strength and over all fitness in general, and we made strides with every session. Chris always pushed me to do things I didn’t realize I was capable of like 2 minute planks with a 45 lb plate on my back and finally graduating from “girl” push-ups. I came to Chris already having a strong background in sport and athletic training from my own studies but having moved into the real estate world and finding myself with limited time and motivation Chris came on high recommendation from a friend.
During my time with Chris we evaluated my personal need, adapted both my nutritional and exercise schedule and got to work. While working with Chris I lost over 40 lbs in a short period and increased my muscle mass substantially during that process.

Chris always tailored my workouts to give me a good workout that I would feel for many days. The training sessions were based on muscle groups. Throughout the training sessions he would correct my form to ensure I was safe from injury and that I learned how it feels when my form is correct. Chris is the consummate professional. I had a history of injuries related to what I learned after training under Chris’s watchful eye was due to poor technique.
Chris kept the training varied and interesting that kept me motivated as well as coming back. I achieved results in keeping my weight under control and his regime of exercises foucused on my overall tone and conditioning.
The only reason I am not a client of Chris’s today is that he moved to an out of area location.
