In 2006 I signed up for my first gym membership. I was able to add 20lbs of muscle(naturally)within about 6 months. I haven't looked back since. I started training in 2009 and found my passion for fitness. I started out with at home clients and I developed an indoor boot camp program. I taught 11 classes a week for 10-35 participants. I made the move to Dallas to get closer to family that was in poor health at the time. I'm glad to be back in Dallas and ready to get some new clients and start changing lives.
