Hi, my name is Christopher. I have been a trainer for 10 years, the last 7 at Equinox. I have experience training every type of client from pro athletes to those recovering from an injury. My specialties are weight loss, sport specific, and corrective exercise.

What to Expect

The sessions always start with smr (self myofacial release) followed by a movement prep and muscle activations. Depending on the type of session power exercises or larger multi-joint muscles are worked first followed by secondary muscles.

Chris is a great trainer. I felt he was expert at many different approaches going way beyond basic weight training. He really mixed it up with cool techniques and stuff I could do on my own. I had several physical limitations I was dealing with and he was great at working around those with me. Helped coach me in diet too. He got me in great shape - best in 20 years.

Amazing trainer! I trained with Chris for two years in Miami. He definitely gets you the results you want in a fun and entertaining way.
