Hi, my name is Christopher. My philosophy of a balanced regimen of physical, mental and emotional health is ingrained in every aspect of our lives. From meditation to a balanced, healthy diet, our bodies must be cherished and nourished within our own capabilities. Committing to an exercise regimen of cardio and strength training will allow the body to develop lean muscle mass and rid body fat and unwanted chemical compounds. The determination of will to become the very best I can be for myself and my clients motivates me to push my clients beyond their capabilities and open their eyes, minds and hearts to the true health they deserve.

From a refreshing warm-up of the muscle groups to full engagement of the mind, we will approach each day with a holistic schedule and push ourselves to the comfort level of the client. Motivation, perseverance and someone who truly believes in their clients will always be prominent with each and every session. A detailed cool down and sharing of feedback will end each session, along with additional nutrition detail and motivation to the following session.
