I have been offering in-home personal training for over 17 years. Without going to the gym, you can achieve real results and enjoy the convenience of a personal trainer coming to you. Christopher is extremely supportive and encouraging – he will kick your ass, but also recognizes that we’re only human and sometimes we’re not always perfect. I’ve fallen off the exercise and diet bandwagon a couple of times over the course of the year but, rather than make you feel like a failure, Christopher instead helps you, gently but firmly, get back on track with a non-judgmental “OK, let’s re-focus”. As someone who travels a lot and struggles to keep a regular schedule, I really appreciate that. Finally, he genuinely cares about your health, welfare and happiness, so that you feel you have someone on your side, helping you be the best, healthiest person you can be. That, to me, is the real deal.
