Christopher is an excellent trainer. I’ve been working out with him for about a year now and he’s become an integral part of my exercise and fitness regime. Christopher’s style is that he pushes you hard – but that he’s also very instinctive in sensing what your energy levels are and in adapting his workout style to push you to whatever your limits are for that day. He incorporates many different styles of exercise, so each workout is different and you never get bored! Christopher is extremely supportive and encouraging – he will kick your ass, but also recognizes that we’re only human and sometimes we’re not always perfect. I’ve fallen off the exercise and diet bandwagon a couple of times over the course of the year but, rather than make you feel like a failure, Christopher instead helps you, gently but firmly, get back on track with a non-judgmental “OK, let’s re-focus”. As someone who travels a lot and struggles to keep a regular schedule, I really appreciate that. Finally, he genuinely cares about your health, welfare and happiness, so that you feel you have someone on your side, helping you be the best, healthiest person you can be. That, to me, is the real deal.
