Hi, my name is Christopher. I have been a certified personal trainer for 7 years and have a degree in kinesiology from Texas Tech University. I have been a trainer for Pure Austin Fitness the last 4 years and have trained a wide and diverse range of clients. Anywhere from weight-loss, physique, body-building, olympic lifting to someone who just wants to build a stronger core and overall healthier. Each client's program is customized, because not everyone has the same goals and people start off at different fitness levels.

Each workout and session is customized based on the client's goals and fitness level. A new client will perform several fitness assessments to establish a baseline fitness level. A typical training session would start out with some dynamic stretching and core stabilization and strengthening and progress to functional or free weights depending on the client's goals. Every exercise, rep, set and weight will be recorded into a customized training template.
Molly starting working with me after her second newborn and barely cleared for post-natal exercise. She had very tight hips, 25 pounds overweight and her BF was around 32%. We corrected her hip alignment and strengthened her adductors/abductors within the first 2 months. She gained momentum and confidence with the results starting to appear. A little under a year of training, Molly dropped 30 pounds and substantially dropped her BF to 18%.
