About Me

Hello! My name is Chris. I'm a young, energetic and highly motivated personal trainer looking to spread my knowledge and help you achieve not only your physical goals, but also to help you break down mental barriers. I know what it's like to want to change your habits and your body. I transformed my body from 230 lbs to 175 lbs and am now more athletic than ever. I know what it's going to take and I want to be there for you. I specialize in a lot of areas including weight loss, functional fitness, corrective exercise, bodybuilding, powerlifting, speed agility and quickness, firming and toning, and much more. My purpose isn't only to be your trainer, but I also want to teach you things you may not have known before that you can use during your personal time.

What to Expect

Our sessions will include proper warmups in the beginning of each workout, followed by the workout itself, and then we'll end with a proper cool down as well as me stretching you out using techniques I've learned in my schooling. Stretching is one of the most important aspects when it come to being physically fit.

Christopher is the perfect combination between someone that will give you tough love/push you and someone who will cheer you on and encourage you. It definitely wasn't a boring gym experience since we consistently changed exercises. I liked that we didn't focus on using so many machines and stuck mostly to free weights and my own body weight which I really enjoyed. I have a health issue and Christopher was extremely conscious and cautious about it which made me feel both safe and comfortable! I sincerely recommend Christopher as a personal trainer because he actually cares about my personal life (not in a way where we waste time and talk about my personal life, but in the way that he researched my health condition and created routines personally for me and my lifestyle).

Christopher inspires me everyday with his positive attitude and knowledge about fitness. I came to him feeling insecure, doubtful of how to exercise, and in need of some good help. He didn't hesitate to provide me with the tools I needed to become a healthier and happier person. I was not looking to lose weight, but just to gain muscle. We did a lot of resistance training and I went from 129 to 120 in just 3 months. I not only loss some body fat, but gained muscle and toned up. Christopher is great with functional training and providing the correct exercises and advice to achieve my goals.

Chris is a very knowledgeable and motivating trainer. He always starts with a a dynamic warm up to get the blood flowing to the working muscles efficiently. The workout usually last for about 30 to 45 mins and we always end with a light cool down. I've been training with Chris for about 5 months now and my muscular endurance and muscular strength have both sky rocketed! Nobody enjoys the pain of working out but Chris makes it fun by incorporating circuits and keeping the workout brief but limiting the rest periods. Chris trains you by the goals you want to achieve and unlike most trainers he listens to you and motivates you daily to reach those goals. I am still in the midst of achieving mine with Chris but I know it's only a matter of time before I do so while training with the one of a kind personal trainer Chris.
