About Me

Hey! Thanks for stopping bye to check me out. I love training, exercise, nutrition, and really enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals; I have been training now for 15 years! When I started my lifting career I was at about 165 lb and roughly 25% body fat and 4 years later I weighed in at 200 lb and 10% body fat. About three years ago, do to some unfortunate circumstances in life, I found myself again out of shape and over weight at 240 lb and 28% body fat; within a year, my weight was back down to 195 and 15% body fat--I currently am at 205 lbs and 13% body fat. So I myself, do, and have, walked the walk, and have a good understanding of what it takes to put solid lean mass on and or the commitment and process to lean out--to reduce ones body fat and take weight off in a healthy way. What to Expect

I tend to cycle all my sessions so that those who work with me can have a intense, effective workout without to much time spent in the gym. My typical session lasts about 30 minutes total, 60 minutes if you prefer me to also walk you through cardio and stretching. (I do allow people who come to me to do 30 minute sessions; if I am to drive to your location it is the length of the session plus time there and back not to exceed 15 minutes [IE: 30 min session + 15 min drive there+ 15 min drive back = 60 minute session].)

Client Success Story

Currently been working with a client who has dropped 4 inches on her waist, dropped her body fat from 29% down to 18%, and has lost a total of 25 lb of body fat, while increasing her lean mass by more than 10 lbs. She went in to have her wedding dress fitting the other day since she originally had tried it on 6 months ago. When she originally tried on the dress they thought they would have to order a bigger size because she was unable to zip up the back. The other day after she went into get her dress fit she proudly proclaimed that they would have to now get the dress 2 sizes smaller than before (The new dress fits perfect).
