About Me

Hi, my name is Christine. I am classically trained in ballet and modern technique. I danced through college and for a little while after but decided to pursue a career in fitness. Because of my background in dance I have a great capacity for understanding movement, technique, form, and kinesiology. I also believe in building a strong foundation and then advancing your abilities in fitness to suit your goals and lifestyle.

What to Expect

I typically start with strengthening any weak areas and increasing range of motion where I see movement that is inhibited. I always tailor my workouts for each client so they are working on their goals and needs. I always introduce new and varied ways to exercise the body so the client stays engaged and excited.
