As a child I had severe asthma that prevented me from participating in any sport or exercise. In my early 20's as my asthma became less severe, I hired a personal trainer to educate me on how to properly workout- I was hooked! I felt so empowered discovering that I could literally change my physique by eating well and exercising. I have run several half marathons, my first full marathon was NYC in 2017, and I placed 5th in a bikini competition at age 40. I enjoy hiking, yoga, strength training, and running. I am passionate about educating people on how creating healthy habits can improve their quality of life. My clients' lives outside of the gym are equally important to me, and I create a special bond with each client that is respectful and kind.
