Then, when you’re ready, you’re on your own. I want to build a fitness program that fits you! I want to discuss your goals. Not short-term goals…life goals. This is an important distinction. We all know that you can crash diet or buy the newest fat loss pill to lose weight, but we also know that you will most likely gain it back. There is no substitute for hard work. People need exercise programs they can live with for the rest of their lives.
