Chris is smart, caring and fun. To start, he asked me what I’ve been doing for exercises, incl physical therapy and picked up from there with a plan. He’s careful when I’m not, to avoid pain or injury. He makes sure I’m doing the exercises correctly and pushes me to do my best. I learn more with every session. And it’s fun.
