About Me

Hi, my name is Chris. My interest in health and fitness first came about in high school when I made the basketball team. Because I wasn't tall or naturally gifted in the sport I decided I would gain and advantage by weightlifting and eating to fuel my workouts. I fell in love with fitness and nutrition right away and knew that when I graduated I would major in the field. My passion took me to Arizona State University where I obtained a bachelors of science in Kinesiology, the study of human movement and became an ACE certified personal trainer.

During my studies I entered a bodybuilding competition and placed 1st through dedication and hard work. This lead me to start coaching my friends in the gym and in the kitchen. Helping others better themselves through exercise and eating brings me great joy no matter what someones goal may be. I am happy to say that I have found the perfect environment fulfill my passions. Whether it's 1-on-1, couples or small group training or even nutrition counseling, I'd love to work with you!

What to Expect

A typical training sessions always begins with a thorough warm up. We want to make sure we are primed for exercise so that we can perform at our maximum potential and also so that we do not injure ourselves. Then we dive right in to our workout. We will work hard of course, but you'll also have some fun doing it! Throughout the session you can expect sound instruction so you know what you are doing, how you should do it and why.

What I liked about the trainer is he listens to his client and is very attentive in what they are looking for. Awesome trainer. Not a drill sergeant, which is a plus, but definitely pushes you towards your goal.
