About Me

My name is Chris and I specialize in helping people lose fat and build muscle! I am an ISSA Certified Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Weight Loss Specialist, Naturally Fit fitness model, and award-winning NPC Men's Physique competitor. I am dedicated to helping others get in the best shape of their lives in a healthy way! Everyone is unique, so individual specification is important. As such everything is personalized to you as an individual, so you can make progress and achieve your goals at a pace that is right for you. I provide all of my clients with a personal nutrition and training plan, progress tracking, and 24/7 phone/email support, included with sessions. I can relate to my clients goals as I have personal experience with muscle gaining and fat loss. I have added 40 lbs of muscle to my frame & also lost 30 lbs of fat. As a result I was featured in Ironman Magazine and My combination of personal and academic experience allows me to help my clients to efficiently and effectively achieve their goals!

What to Expect

A typical session varies quite a bit depending on the individual. Usually however, a session will start with a 3 to 5 minute warm up that may include dynamic stretching, calisthenics, mobility exercises, and joint specific and movement specific warm up exercises. After the warm up we will move on to various forms of resistance training and cardiovascular training techniques that are fun for the client and fit their goals and abilities such as free weights, machines, kettle bells, HIIT training, medicine balls, resistance bands, endurance training, barbells, power lifting movements and more. Throughout the session I explain why I recommend what I recommend and also how to do each exercise correctly and safely. Nutrition recommendations/plans and progress is also usually discussed. At the end there are often some cool down and recovery techniques like stretching and foam rolling.
