Hi, m,y name is Chris. I was always a active kid and loved sports. As I got older, I hit the gym with no direction. I knew there was a better and more balanced way to train. I heard about function fitness "CrossFit " and decided to check it out. I went to Reebok CrossFit 5th ave and fell in love with it. I got my CrossFit L-1 cert and shadowed some of the bets in the business. I started coaching in Astoria Queens then coached in the Upper East Side and West Side. There I really developed as a coach. I taught CrossFit, HITT, Rowing, Gymnastics and Kids Fit. I helped open gym in New Jersey and now I'm currently in Norwalk coaching at Kong. I have a ton of experience with a range of young, old, out of shape and fit.
Every client is different. Day 1 would be basic fundamental movements. All body weight movement to see how I would program for you next session.
There are many. As long as you stick with it and push yourself, you'll have a success story.
