Hey, My name is Chris and I have been an independent trainer in Austin for the past 8 years. I love to try new training methods and explore all of the different ways people choose to workout. I love more than anything to play sports, regularly play golf, box, play basketball, play lacrosse and lift weights. I think if you are training your body to be healthy for a long period of time, you need to mix up your workouts to keep it fun. I also make a very clear distinction to all of those I work with, that DIET is and will always be your number one priority. Exercise is fun, but diet will take you where you want to go.

What to expect when you train with me: Training for fat loss is all about diet/nutrition and choosing the correct workouts that will aid in that particular process. Anyone who tells you otherwise is wasting your time. If you are not looking to lose body fat, and/or you are not willing to work as hard on your nutrition as you do in your workouts, then this is not for you. Your workouts will be short and high intensity. The nutrition coaching will be the most challenging, but rewarding part. If the reason you workout is to shed body fat, then you need to be willing to take on a serious nutrition program. I will give you coaching daily with a meal plan, and a guide to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. You will learn how to reset your metabolism, so that your body burns fat constantly instead of just sweating out calories during an hour long workout. Fat loss doesn't have to be that hard, you just need the proper tools to get the results you want. I look forward to helping you!
