Hi, I started my coaching career at Harvard University. After Harvard, I became Lasell University's Head Strength Coach. I then opened two studios, one in Wellesley and one in Newton. All of my clients are monitored online through my world-class app to increase their rate of success. Whatever it takes to help you reach your goal, I'm there. I have published three books and peer-reviewed research. Media outlets such as NECN, the Boston Globe, Runner’s World Magazine, have had me as an expert. I am an Officer in the Army National Guard and graduated with my Ed.D. in 2018. I take my profession seriously and look forward to providing you top-notch services. A session with your trainer should be something you look forward to. I go above and beyond to make sure your time with me is enjoyable.
