About Me

Hi, my name is Cheznee Daily. Coming from a competitive background, fitness has always been a priority in my life. Competing in sports created a lifestyle of healthy living for me at a very young age. After playing collegiate volleyball, I decided to continue my love for healthy living and physical fitness by becoming a Health and Physical Education teacher. This career was not enough for me, so I began coaching and then entered the personal training world. Surrounding my life with fitness and individuals who have the same mindset has allowed me to keep myself accountable and happy. I always remind myself, we could have everything in the world but if you do not have your health nothing else matters. I also believe in positive self-talk and confidence. Staying healthy is a lifestyle, and being confident in your own skin is very important. Always trust yourself first then trust the process.

What to Expect

Meet and greet (always begin with a positive attitude)

First, evaluate how the body is feeling at the present moment, discuss that day's goal

Begin with a warm-up (dynamic, stretch, etc) 5-7 mins

Enter into bodyweight movements to further the range of motion

Then begin with the goals of either strength exercises, plyometrics, aerobic, etc

Always end with a cool down and discuss next sessions goals and expectations.

I worked with a 12 year old beautiful girl who weighed 230lbs, she came to me with the goals to live a healthier lifestyle and have the chance to wear medium shirts. Words from her mouth. She came to me 2 times a week. She was very hesitant beginning because she had never been to a gym before. The equipment intimidated her quickly, but I helped her calm down by explaining that we are going to work on basics because this is what the body grows from. She came to me for 2 and half months and dropped 12 pounds. She did everything naturally and monitored her eating. She did not diet, because I do not believe in diets, it is about clean eating and monitoring what you put in your body. She was finally able to run a half mile, which she has never completed without walking some. Now to this day, she gets in a mile run every other day. Her goals were so realistic, and to this day she is still coming to me, with a heart to win her day.

Can I just say Cheznee brings energy to the gym each time I arrived. She worked with me through my issues with Fibromyalgia and with my neck issues. She knew when I was having pain certain days to take it easy and to modify my workouts, and then other days she knew how to put my butt in gear. Thank you for all that you do Cheznee.

Working with Cheznee for a year has provided with with more flexibility to progress in my muscle growth. I am a semi-pro football player, and working with her on just flexibility helped me increase my blood flow and helped me out on the field. I chose to go to her as a trainer because we also work on body weight movement. Some asked me why I didn't just go to Yoga, but as an athlete you need to work with bands, balls, and other items to help with balance and flexibility. I admire her desire to work with clients because she always puts them first.
