I have been into health and fitness since before I can remember. I first received my Athletic Training Certification in my Undergraduate studies before moving onto my Master's in Kinesiology from The University of Alabama. I have trained and competed in triathlons for a little over 10 years, including a full season of IronMan 70.3 where I finished the season 5th in the USA for Females 18-24. I have trained JiuJitsu, as well as, Obstacle course races alongside endurance training. I have a variety of background between my own activities and my studies in sports.

A client had come to me post knee surgery, not being able to do the activities she had once before, such as getting in and out of a kayak without help. Her goals was just that, lose a few pounds and gain back her daily activities. We worked hard and diligently through her journey. Within a couple months she had the strength and mobility to not only get out of the kayak by herself, but be able to successfully load the kayak into the water, very actively paddle and workout on the water, and get out by herself without any assistance. That is just one example and variation of many success stories. No matter your goal, I will fuel you beyond!

Cheyenne is a very good trainer. She is always prepared with an individualized training plan for each work out. I am older with knee issues so we frequently have to modify certain moves. She has a good knowledge of proper form.
