About Me

My background is in social work. I specialize in working with women, tweens, teens and girls. My approach is holistic and I do not believe in dieting or extreme workouts. I focus a great deal on emotional health and well-being. I will help you with establishing boundaries, taking action, staying the course and developing and maintaining a positive body image and self image. My work with tweens, teens and girls entails special workshops and empowerment groups to help them develop healthy and life-long lifestyle habits while fostering strong and nurturing relationships with their peers. I have a caring nature and am perfect for people who are struggling to get started or are struggling to stay on track. I also empower people who have low self-esteem. I welcome any fitness level because we will start safely where you are now.
