HI, my name is Cherae. I am a fitness enthusiast! Constantly studying and continuing my education. I sat at a desk for 10 years and discovered my passion for fitness 3 years ago. My goal is to be a physical therapist and currently work at a pt clinic as a tech helping patients with exercises. I benefit greatly from working with doctors and strive to learn from them every day.

Always warm up and get muscles primed. If you have muscle compensation, we will start with some basic corrective exercises before moving into weight or cardio training. I love circuit training and keeping that heart rate up. Customizing each workout is important. If high intensity isn’t attainable without injury we will go at an appropriate pace and eventually turn you into an athlete
I started working out when I was suffering from depression and 20lbs under weight. I started on the stair master because I didn’t know how to use any of the equipment. I slowly branches out and did CrossFit style programs but after getting injured the physical therapy and corrective exercises became a focus of mine. Now I mix both styles of training and have gained 20lbs of stegnth and an immense amount of knowledge
