Hi, my name is Chelsie. I am a certified personal trainer who loves to be active daily and help others become the best version of themselves. I've been very active my entire life and played everything from soccer, basketball, track, etc. to even wrestling on an all boys team! (and won more often than not) I love lifting weights as it makes me feel confident and strong, and I love to push others to their limits to build their best body and see what they're capable of!

A typical session is 45 mins to an hour where we focus on a variety of 4 to 6 weight training exercises that focus on a specific group of muscles each session.
My clients are strong women who are dedicated to forming healthy habits and bettering themselves in every way! Most of my clients lose inches within just the first 2 to 3 weeks and really start to notice their body change!
