Over the past 5 years I have dove into the fitness community! I have worked with over 20 clients in a long term personal training setting. I spent 3 years coaching olympic lifting and powerlifting on a one on one basis and small group setting. In 2016 I spent a year leading a sport performance program focused on building stability, strength, and power in athletes ages 9 to 17. I also ran a womens bootcamp that was impactful, fun, and community building. After making a big move in 2017 to Hawaii as a military spouse, I was hired as a Youth Sports Coordinator for YMCA of Honolulu. I created, marketed, and implemented a successful Youth Sports program for Mililani YMCA with over 20 sports and 100 athletes. Working at this same YMCA, I discovered a passion for coaching older adults. I led a seated group fitness class for those with chronic disease and Parkinson's to over 50 members total. We have now moved to Georgia where I have been personal training and monthly workout programming for remote clients to perform on their own at home.

Each client receives a pre-assessment to discuss goals, fitness background, health history, available equipment (if virtual), and what the client is looking for from me as a personal trainer. This information is then used to build a personalized 1 hour training session. During the session, the client is coached through an effective workout, evaluated on movement, provided form correction, and given a TON of encouragement from me! I perform both postural and dynamic fitness assessments along the way to ensure healthy body mechanics. We close the session by revisting your goals and I help you map out a plan and action steps to start achieving them. I am a coach that not only pushes you to do more and be more, but I encourge and support you!
"Chelsea is absolutely amazing! I had the privilege of her being my personal trainer as well as being my trios coach for youth/ mini sports. As far as personal training she helped me through so many obstacles and pushed me in the best way possible to achieve and exceed my goals. I had reservations about certain workouts from a previous ankle injury and she helped find exercises to not only strengthen my ankle but make me feel more stable and confident. She is the most positive trainer I have ever had and is invested in her clients. With her help I was able to lift way more than I ever imagined as well as the cardio and endurance to keep up with my kids. " - Laura A.

I first met Chelsea a year ago before Covid & social distancing. I selected her as my personal trainer given her background in kinesiology and experience as a cross fit coach. I was looking for someone who would challenge me but safely.
Every week, I'd be a bit apprehensive not knowing what to expect, but I'd leave our sessions feeling accomplished and energized!
Since Covid, I'm so thankful that she developed a system which allows us to continue to work out together. I receive a WOD online and I can update my progress, ask questions or comment which Chelsea addresses quickly.
Routines have been challenging, different, fun and safe. It's such that I remain inspired and encouraged to try things out of my comfort zone. And I'm LOVING the results!!
Chelsea continues to address, modify and change WODs to personalize it for me. I still feel like we're working out one on one. WODs are affordable and designed to use the limited equipment I already have. I've reached and maintained weight goals and am now focusing on strength and toning. I've even been able to stop & reduce prescription medications. Thank you Chelsea! I truly appreciate YOU!
