Hey, my name is Chase. If anyone is looking to get a kick start in power-lifting, strength training, or just looking to build muscle I would love to help.

Form is key to any training and I will spend time to teach you correct form and build a program that will fit your style. Please do not feel embarrassed to get started - no one learns something without starting from rock bottom.

About Me: My name is Chase and I have been lifting for 15 years. I have entered multiple powerlifting competitions at 198lbs and have been powerlifting for 3 years. My favorite lifts are bench, deadlift, squat, and front squats.
