Hi, my name is Charlie. I have an auto-immune disease and was told that I would gradually loose the ability to move. I wanted to prove the doctors wrong so I became a fitness professional. I’m trained in HIIT, Mat Pilates, and yoga, and love teaching and seeing bodies improve. I cannot over emphasize the power of a strong core. Or just how good it feels to be strong.

Sarah had back issues and was in physical therapy. She found it hard to sit, and was in chronic pain. Together we targeted in on her abs, doing Pilates with bouts of cardio and stretches thrown in. After a month Sarah quit going to physical therapy because due to her stronger abs she was not experiencing as much back pain (behold the power of Pilates!).

Charlie was an amazing instructor! She immediately made me feel at ease and was so easy to work with. I came in not really sure what my fitness goals were, and Charlie worked with me on making a manageable plan. Plus she was funny! I can't recommend Charlie more.
Charlie was direct, helpful, and super funny. I’m not sure if it was the laughter or the Pilates moves she threw into each session but I’ve gotten the abs I’ve always dreamed of having. She doesn’t hesitate to give handsy adjustments, and she explained things in a way that made it clear, and challenging. I recommend her without question.
