I frequent back and forth between Tennessee and Florida, so I’m available to train in either location. I was a little apprehensive about personal training, being 57 and new to the game- but Charlie is perfect! He’s knowledgeable, yet accessible. He trains me like I’m 27, while still somehow managing to take my age in account. When I finish, I feel accomplished, and revitalized. This guy is great!

I’d never been in a gym before I turned 43. I needed HELP, not judgement, and Charlie immediately became a great encourager and friend. I didn’t know anything about proper form so it was really important to have someone help me develop a workout from a beginner platform. I am no longer intimidated when I walk into a gym, and I feel like Charlie’s structured (but fun) teaching style helped me grow in so many ways!
Charlie has been amazing for me. His knowledge of muscle groups, movement and stressors in your body is fantastic. My range of motion since working with him has improved leaps and bounds. As far as strength and cardio go, he's made it as fun as possible for something that most people hate. I went from being winded going up a flight of stairs, to being able to work a full hour session with him without losing my breath. You won't regret a minute with him.

Charlie is the best! He is professional, knowledgeable and is concerned with safety and proper form. He accurately pinpoints the areas that need work. My workouts are 1 hour individual workouts. While I have had a personal trainer for several years and felt pretty fit he has managed to work more fat and weight off of me. Most workouts are comprised of exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time as well as incorporating cardio. I do not like repetition as I get bored Charlie keeps workouts from feeling repetitious while getting amazing results! Sometimes he incorporates kickboxing as well. Which really helps relieve the stress of the week!!
