Hi, my name is Channing. I am a 36 year old stay at home mom. I have been in fitness for over 20 years. I have always worked out regularly and eaten well. In my twenties, I was a fitness model and competed in triathlons. My new favorite fitness obsession is doing obstacle course races like Spartan Races. I am a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I also am a group and youth fitness instructor. My current cliental consists of moms, kids and seniors over 65. My passion is helping moms and kids be fit and healthy by eating real, whole foods and being active.

I usually offer hour long training sessions that involves a mixture of body weight training, functional movement training, calisthenics, plyometrics and high and low interval training. I focus on core strength and balance.
All of my clients have noticed and overall improvement in strength, coordination and overall endurance in their ability to complete the workouts. I have been training a couple now for a little over a month twice a week. The husband has lost 15 pounds over the course of our training!
