I have been involved in various styles of movement since childhood ranging from gymnastics to calisthenics, rock climbing, boot camp, flipping, yoga and flexibility. I began working as a trainer at LA Fitness and have since moved towards in home, private gym or outdoor training. What is most important to me is always maintaining and growing in movement no matter what style or level. I am strongly passionate about the importance in cultivating an empowered mindset in regards to movement & growth, and find it fascinating how the power of the mind & breath will fuel movement, and in turn how movement & breath will fuel the mind. I approach all sessions, individuals, and circumstances with compassion and respect, and would love to have the opportunity to work with you and create a trusting, supportive relationship to reach high levels of growth.

A typical training session will include many body weight/free weight exercises, circuits, HIIT (high intensity interval training), balance & flexibility development, focus on proper form as well as breathing, and most importantly a lot of support for whatever stage you may be in and whatever goal you are aiming towards.
The common theme from clients feedback was the improvement in their mindset towards exercise; the gain in physical strength, flexibility, balance and body tone; and developments from beginner up to advanced levels in performance. Additionally, clients reported training sessions as something they looked forward too and enjoyable rather than a chore. If we work together I aim to provide all of the above and more!

I started training with Chana 4 weeks ago and am noticing great results! Chana has been encouraging, motivating, and each workout is unique to my body type and current skills. The sessions have helped me function better and my eating habits have improved with each week. Looking forward to more growth and putting in the work!
I love having Chana as my personal trainer! She listened to my goals from the start and personalizes each exercise to help me reach them! She gives me challenging & enjoyable workouts that help me reach past limits I have had in the past. Chana has been encouraging and supportive from the beginning and has helped me grow in strength and abilities I didn't realize I had in me. We do 30 minute sessions with mostly bodyweight and free weight equipment. We've been training for a few weeks and I already notice a change! I feel stronger, lighter, and more energetic. Would definitely recommend :)
