About Me

Hi my name is Chad Williams, I have been an ISSA certified personal trainer for a year and have made several of satisfied clients. I have trained all sorts of different types of clients ranging from children, mothers, grandmothers, and men. My specialty is strength and weight loss training. Any goal a client has given me, I have managed to help them reach their goals. I am always looking forward to helping my clients be the best they can be on an everyday basis and help them reach goals they never thought they could reach. If you give me 100%, I will give you 200%. I never quit on my clients, I try to give them the best motivation as possible to reach the goals they want.

When I was able to exercise with Chad it was a very motivational experience. He's able to first work with you on how you view yourself and he allows you to mentally be prepared to exercise to your maximum potential. His exercise might be long to some but it is effective! He stresses form over strength and makes sure that you maximize every rep that you take. I see nothing but greatness coming from him considering that he's very young! I would recommend him for anybody looking to seeing results in at least 2-4 weeks!

My experience with training with Chad was excellent. Ive always been, too thin in my opinion. I told him what my goals were IE: weight gain, muscle mass he quickly helped me with meal plans, a grocery list, and a workout routine. . Within a few months i went from 125lbs to 145 still shy of my ideal weight , but i am still working on it. Prior to training with him I tried mass gainers and everything to no avail. Now with Chad I am on my way to reaching my goals.

I asked chad to train me while I was at home for summer break and he agreed to it while also helping me with my dieting. His prices are reasonable and the results are amazing.
