Hello, my name is Chad. I am a fitness enthusiast. I like living a healthy lifestyle and seeing people make healthy decisions and I believe in the body and mind. One should strengthen their mind as much as they strengthen their body. I am a fun trainer and like to keep it fun. I received my ACSM certification 3 years ago and I look forward to helping you achieve your individual goals one session at a time!

What to Expect

The client can expect a fun yet challenging experience. I'm not a drill sergeant. I will only push you as far as you think you can go.
