About Me

Hi, my name is Celeste. I am a certified NASM personal trainer who has been helping clients in Oakland and San Francisco since February 2016.
After suffering extreme back pain I made it a priority to gain the mindset and knowledge needed to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle! Passionate about the process, I wanted to share the keys to my success with others. I first started coaching as a personal trainer at Crunch in San Francisco before becoming a small group Pilates and HIIT cardio instructor at Burn pilates followed by a corporate wellness coach and in-home personal trainer.
I offer custom programs for strength and conditioning of the body and mind. I coach individuals at any fitness level and specialize in corrective/functional fitness and I have experience assisting clients with injuries.
I strive to entertain, motivate and educate you during your fitness journey. From our sessions you will gain strength, coordination, and confidence while decreasing body fat, eliminating/preventing pain and stress..

First I will first assess your needs AND your desires to craft your personal health program. Your plan will include my experience of combining personal development technics with better nutrition habits and a variety of engaging exercises that is tailored to suit your body and schedule. Sessions will focus on building your strengths while reducing any weaknesses or pain in the fastest most effective ways currently available through movement science.
