I was a former professional football player in the AFL (Arena Football League). I also ran track and was an All American Safety at Long Beach Poly HS and All Conference Safety at Division 2 Clark Atlanta University. I have coached the varsity sprinters at Fullerton HS in 2004. I currently have a speed training business called A.T.C. ACADEMY All Sports & Speed Training based out of Tustin, CA. I studied Kinesiology at Clark Atlanta University. I specialize in the agility, footwork, core, explosiveness, speed, plyometrics in EVERY sport. AGES 8 AND ABOVE. I also specialize in general fitness health whether its for weight loss, weight gain, strength and conditioning, or just overall natural fitness workouts to maintain that beautiful physique or obtaining your fitness goals for adults. With my Speed Training you will be taught the following: - Proper running technique - Speed warm up drills - Medicine Ball workouts for explosiveness - Resistance Band drills for lateral quickness - Plyometric circuits and drills for explosiveness and speed enhancement Personal Fitness Training: - Weight Loss - Weight Gain - Overall fitness training = Strength and Conditioning Training - Fitness Circuit Training I do both 1-on-1 training and group training.
