As a recent graduate of NPTI Orlando it gives me immense pleasure helping clients find the same love and passion for fitness that I have. I strive to help my clients meet and surpass all of their goals through targeted programming and nutrition counseling.
5-10 minute warm up followed by a fast paced work out programmed to meet the goals of the client, ending in a 5-10 minute cool down.
So a bit more of the softer side kinda post. I have always been a "cardio bunny". I love to run. I love to mountain bike. Weights always seemed to intimidate me. I never thought I would enjoy them. Yesterday I was part of a 55 mile relay run where I complete 10 of the miles. As I was running my last few I realized that my body didn't hurt the way it usually does, mind you I have been doing the work outs with minimal running to supplement. The last time I ran over three miles was 4 weeks ago. I KILLED IT. I managed negative splits and the last 4 miles I ran with the American Flag and still maintained a 9:15 pace! I can only thank the training the last few weeks of ETS. You have challenged me in ways that I'm not used to. You guys have pushed me. Thank you.
