Hello! I'm an ACE-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping busy women learn how to tone up on their terms-no gym required. After spending years terrified of fitness from bad experiences in gym class, I finally found running and was hooked. Not just on running, but on the way that being active made me feel. From that time I've been on a mission to spread the many benefits of fitness to others. I love being inspired by my clients as they achieve success in their fitness and personal goals as a result of our sessions.

Each session is customized to my clients. However, most sessions start with a warm-up and then include strength training and cardio (depending on the goal) and conclude with a cool down and stretching.
