About Me

My name Cassie and I have been an athlete my whole life- from basketball in high school and college, powerlifting, and now endurance sports. From these sports, I have dealt with a competitive atmosphere, and gearing up to get ready for a competition or end goal. I have worked closely with some of the top strength coaches and physical therapist to also aide in "return to sport". Currently I am a trainer and also a strength coach at Case Western - overseeing all variety sports

What to Expect

In the semi-private personal training, the groups are capped at 6-8 people to ensure individualize attention is given. We will do a warmup, complimented with an athletic movement then go into strength training with complex movements based on your training age. Individualized exercises will be given to aide in your training.

Personal Training is 100% customized program and includes unlimited group training, schedule flexibility, additional workouts and nutrition.
