After joining the US Army just out of high school, I volunteered for any high-performance training the military offered, including the French Commando warrior program taught by the infamous French Foreign Legion. Thus began a love affair with fitness and adventure which has now spanned 4 decades and over 25 countries. What an incredible facility! From the ambiance the moment you walk in, to the amazing & top of the line equipment, this place makes me WANT to work out! Every piece of equipment is meticulously maintained, and you'll never have to wonder where someone walked off to with the cable attachment you needed. The giant fans keep the air moving and they always have towels available. You can tell the owners paid attention to every little detail! The locker rooms rival (if not put to shame) the locker rooms in even the fanciest of spas. Can't wait to go back!
