Carlotta's main goal is to help you navigate through the confusing world of health and fitness and overcome those hurdles that are in the way of where you are and where you are destined to be. Carlotta is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Research Scientist. Carlotta was born and raised in Guyana, South America and later migrated to the United States to pursue graduate studies. She has since earned a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology and has been published in several high impact peer reviewed scientific journals.

Carlotta's passion for helping others stem from first hand experience in dealing with the damaging effects of body image issues. Not only has she overcome these issues but has found great satisfaction in helping many do the same.

Carlotta is also equipped with the knowledge and experience to help you realize your goals. What to Expect

A fitness assessment is done at the first visit to determine the client’s fitness level. The program is adjusted to suit the client’s fitness level as the client begin to improve. Functional and strength training are core elements of the fitness program.

Carlotta is a great personal trainer. Her experience gives good results. She paid attention to the areas I wanted to focus on, and made an exercise regime which worked for me. She is always quick to get back on messages/calls and flexible with your schedule. I did have trouble with customer service which was distressing, but Carlotta helped me through the process and was flexible to work it out. I would definitely recommend her for getting back in shape.
