My biggest client success story is about my client Febo from NY. Febo started training with me because he was overweight and had a low self esteem. He decided to take the next step and make a change. Febo’s day 1 weigh in was 283lbs and right now he is currently at 220lbs. He has been really consistent with his training and diet and he is reaching his goal weight of 190lbs through his hard work and dedication.

Carlos has to be the best personal trainer. I have been a loyal client of his for the past few years and will continue to use his services in the future. What makes him great is that he makes a meal plan and workout routine tailored to everyone’s specific needs. I have several work related injuries and he was able to create a workout plan that not only rehabs my injuries but allows me to continue my strength training. He is very flexible and accommodating as well as a great motivator. His workout routines helped me through a very difficult time in my life which allowed me to stay focused and get stronger mentally and physically.
