Hi, my name is Carlie. Over the years I have been inspired by what our bodies are capable of and what makes or breaks our fitness goals. I have a deep passion for health and and even stronger passion to share it with you.

What to Expect

A typical training session with me will be highly educational and empower you to kickass. I will not just stand by and have you make motions and movements without deeply understanding the purpose and how it applies to your goals. I will quiz you as we work together, in a fun engaging way, to ensure you retain any new information easily. There will be laughter, plenty of sweat, and a deep sigh of relief and accomplishment by the time we are done.

I'm an educator. Not a salesman. I want to share the knowledge I have in order to set you up for long-term success. A future that does not require me in it!

I have been working with Carlie as my personal trainer for a little over 3 months and have lost overall weight while still GAINING muscle pounds. Muscle weighs more than fat, so the fact that i'm gaining muscle pounds while still losing overall weight says a lot to how effective training with Carlie has been. I have seen lots of improvement in the overall muscle tone on my arms and legs, and feel a lot better about myself. I am still working Carlie and plan to continue to! She is a GREAT personal trainer who takes the time to make sure I am pushing myself and accomplishing my goals. She goes above and beyond to make sure she has a diverse and well thought out exercise plan, and that I fully understand all of the exercise moves and have good form/posture. WOW! just WOW! I have had the pleasure of having Carlie as my Coach for the last 6 months. She is extremely educated in nutrition, supplementation, and excersise science. My original goal was to look good in my wedding dress (and I wanted to see my abs) Carlie taught me how to look at food and weight lifting differently for maximum results and for a person who overcomplicates everything she made my training so simple.
I'm a pretty motivated person to begin with so it wasn't too much of a struggle to get started and be consistent. Carlie took my motivation to a whole new level. She pushes me in ways I didn't know I was capable of and every time we trained together I wanted to make her proud and show her how much progress I had made since the last time.
Carlie is very open with her knowlage and is willing to share her education which is very hard to find in this industry. She will teach and test you.
In my 6 month Journey with Carlie she took me from 154lbs to 141lbs that's 13lbs (if your not good with math). ALL BODY FAT!! With NO muscle loss! I wish I could upload a picture in this review because its amazing what her training did for me. (You can always click on my name and look at my pictures) Now my journey continues with Carlie for some new goals of building and gaining muscle.
She told me my body would rise to the occasion and it has. 100% my body is now my art. Thank you Carlie. You mean the world to me.

I met with Carlie about a month ago and it was amazing! She sat down with me and help me figure out my goals and help me build a personalized workout plan to help me reach them! Since following her program I feel so much stronger, I find myself being able to consistently push myself with heavier weights!

Carlie is amazing. She is the motivator in chief!! Some trainers make you feel self conscious but Carlie is so down to earth and positive and motivating that it makes training that much better. She really listens to what you have to say and modifies your workouts to be perfect just for you! I just completed my second set of 10 sessions with Carlie and I loved every minute of it! The thing to know about Carlie, is that she is always right. :) If she says you can do more, you can do more. My favorite thing about working with her is that she focuses on teaching the proper technique. Not only has she has helped me become stronger; I am much more confident in the gym. I am no longer intimidated if I happen to be the only woman lifting. She also gave me all kinds of nutrition advice. If you are looking for a fitness coach, I would highly recommend Carlie!
