About Me

Hello, my name is Carl. In 2015, I received my bachelor's in integrative physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2018, I became certified in personal training through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I've competed in multiple athletics programs including track, football, lacrosse, and rugby. Fitness is ultimately a huge part of my lifestyle.

What to Expect

We typically go through a quick warm up, then perform resistance training starting with compound core exercises then we finish with auxillary exercises
