Hey welcome to my page! My name is Carl, and I want you as a client! In 2015, I received my bachelor's degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2018, I became certified in personal training through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I've competed in multiple athletics programs including track, football, lacrosse, and rugby. I joined the military in 2019 and have been apart of a multitude of different tactical strength and conditioning programs in both the marines and the navy. I love personal training because it combines my two favorite hobbies helping others and getting healthier!
NSCA
We typically begin our session with a quick 10 minute dynamic warm-up, then we will switch to larger compound core exercises, next we'll progress to custom tailored exercises based on our goals, and finally we finish with a 10 min cool down with some stretching.
My first client was my father, a stubborn, red headed, blue collar coal miner. It took over a year to reform many of his habits and it wasn't easy, but I knew if I could help him with his goals, that I could help anyone else looking to achieve a higher level of fitness.
