What to Expect
Once a clients imbalances are identified, training will be utilized to correct those imbalances to improve flexibility for tight and overactive muscles and improve strength for weakened and under-active muscles. The training session will allow a client's body to adapt to the exercises and then progress to challenge the body to build and lean out.

My client Melvin has a lung condition where his lungs fill with liquid if he does not regularly exercise. He was also dealing with high blood pressure and fatigue. 6 months later, he's lost 10 pounds of body fat, gained 5 pounds of muscle and is in the best shape he's been in for a very long time. Carl is the best trainer ever!! I have been training with him for many months. I started training with him at 24 hour gym and followed him to FTA. His main focus is his client's health. He is not only focused on your training and goals, but also your diet plan. He is a awesome trainer! He motivates me even when I am having a bad day! I recommend him to anyone!!!

When I came to Carl I was having balance issues, and I had no strength in my core. Carl met with me, evaluated my strengths and weaknesses, and developed a plan with me. I have met with Carl regularly. We spend time doing cardio, weights, strength training, and floor/ab work... always something new and challenging! Carl even created a meal plan for me! The progress has been amazing; I have already lost 25 lbs! I am so much stronger also. I love his training style- he pushes me, encourages me, and has a great sense of humor. Sessions are generally one hour long, and very reasonably priced. I've been working with Carl for almost five months now, and he's always switching the work-outs up so that they're both challenging and productive. Making good progress towards my goals under his guidance!
