About Me

Growing up an athlete, I've always had an interest in being active. After sports, I wanted to learn on my own how to continue having a healthy lifestyle. While in college, I knew I wanted to gain the knowledge to be able to help others facilitate lifestyle changes of their own. I first became a NASM certified personal trainer in 2010. I graduated with a bachelor's in exercise and sports science in 2012. In 2013, I gained another certification through NASM as a corrective exercise specialist. I've been training in gyms, and on my own since 2010. I believe with my knowledge and experience, I can help anyone reach their fitness goals.

What to Expect

I create individualized programs. Everyone's different. Everyone has a different starting place, and this is okay because the end result will be the same. What everyone can expect from a training session with me is fun, lots of resistance training, and a trainer who teaches as well as listens.
