I ONLY do virtual lessons. Hi, I am Cansu. I am a 30 year-old former Olympic Athlete from Istanbul, Turkey now living in Boston as a graduate student. My university degree is "Sport Science". From the age of 15 to 24 I was a professional sprinter on the Turkish National Team, specializing in 200 and 400 meter sprint distances. After my professional running career I've began working as a private trainer and Pilates instructor since 2014. I am accepting new clients who want to improve their lives through private training, nutrition, and Pilates sessions. There is nothing better than helping a person to achieve his/her goals. Typically, I work with people who want to improve their quality of life, avoid and recover from injury, and look younger at every age. I prefer working with peoples who believe in themselves and eager to improve themselves. Gym memberships only provide the tools. In order to get proper results with your body, you need the guidance of a trainer who is there for you, watching every step and every repetition. This will improve your motivation, and ensure your technique is maximizing the speed and safety of your fitness activities. I will also develop a nutrition program at no additional cost. My process is to start with a posture analysis. Simply by analyzing how you stand, move, and walk. I then tailor my nutrition and exercise program to the type of body you want to create. Customizing programs for your particular body type is the most difficult and most important reason to work with a highly experienced trainer. Many trainers can help you bulk up, but I have worked with women, men, pregnant, older, Olympic, injured, and disabled clients to develop programs that work differently depending on your goals. Seeing results is easy when you work with a trainer. But not all results are created equal. If you get bad results or an injury, it will be too late to realize you chose the wrong fitness expert. Choosing to work with a personal trainer is an important step in your life. I've worked with the top coaches and athletes in Turkey and studied the body and nutrition and want to share my wisdom in person to help you achieve your goals. Often, after only 1 year of working with a personal trainer, many of clients learn enough from my programs and explanations, that they can continue to work independently. Making a one year commitment to personal fitness instruction will be a gift to yourself that will last a lifetime.
