Hi everyone! My name is Cami and I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach who has been helping people of all ages reach their full potential in health and fitness. I have been active my whole life, but struggled to obtain real results when I was younger. I have been through my own weight loss journey and am still focused every day on maintaining my health for the future. My goal as a trainer is to help YOU reach all of your health and fitness goals using several strategies depending on your needs, goals and preferences.
