I've been training in martial arts since I was 9-years-old. Fitness has been a part of my life since then and has become my passion. Whether training for fighting, track and field, rugby, or just weightlifting, I dive head in to find out the best style of training to reach my goals. I enjoy coffee, pizza, watching sports, reading.
A normal session includes a thorough warm up and stretch, kickboxing with focus pads, weight lifting, and various high intensity cardio exercises. After a few sessions, light sparring could even be added if self-defense is the goal.
I've trained many students up to the level of black belt. This requires intense conditioning, sparring, grappling, and mental fortitude.
