I have only been working with Caleb for 5 sessions thus far, but he is doing a great job. By great job, I specifically mean that he is 1) on time, 2) comes ready with a structured workout session, 3) he is encouraging, but not a push over, 4) he asks for feedback during the session to know whether to ramp it up or back off, and 5) he knows how to mix in combination movements into his weight training very effectively. I think Caleb will just get better and better the longer we work out together. I have no problem recommending him to others. Great job Caleb! Keep it up!

I have leaned out and lost 12 pounds since working out with Caleb. He is extremely knowledgeable in how the body works and what works best for each client depending on their needs and goals. My strength has increased in bench press, squat, and deadlift. Caleb has also provided me with an individualized meal plan that has really pushed me to get closer to my goal each week.

I was able to come to fitness 4u and do the Gladiator Circuit Training class by trainer Caleb Brammer, I found the workout to be very challenging. I workout 5 days a week and have been for 10 years, I have done lots of classes and I wish I had a trainer like Caleb and a class like this at my gym. I enjoyed the class specific to full body and concentrating on weights, I loved it and it inspired me to do more weights on my own. Caleb was very motivating and I like when the trainer takes the time to explain the benefits of the particular movement on your body, well educated and motivating. Great workout!
