After that, a brisk cardio warm up to get blood flowing, followed by COMPOUND exercises that work multiple muscle groups and ISOLATION exercises to target specific muscles. I also specialize in HIIT workouts and plyometrics, a great way to train for endurance and performance. If desired, I will incorporate these high energy, fat blasting exercises in with compound and isolation exercises for an ultimate results-driven workout. Then, ending the workout with stretches and recovery is key for me.
